Painting with a mindfulness activity.
I offer several different types of painting sessions. All session can be mixed and matched. Each one with a peaceful, positive and gentle setting to create a wellness mindset. We keep our classes affordable so anyone can have an opportunity to become creative in a peaceful, fun environment.
Tea Time Painting
Watercolor Painting with a mindfulness activity. This session can be with family, friends, couples, groups and organizations.
During this session will relax and enjoy tea, cookies with a mindfulness activity and watercolor painting. Everything is provided.lass includes- watercolor paint set.
Approximately 2.5 hours cost is 25.00
Family Fun
Bring families together for a time of sharing and fun. This can be designed for your families' interests. It can be set up as a teatime/wine tasting/mindfulness activity/painting (oil, acrylic, watercolor), crafts, or beading. Let me know what you like, and we will put together a fun time for your family. We can do this at your location or mine.
Approximately 3 hours cost adjusted for family size.
Forward Motion
This session is a time with people who have loved ones struggling with addiction or mental illness, and families who are caring for a family member in hospice (respit care activity). This is a time about you and your self-care and mindfulness. We will rest, relax, share a mindfulness activity and paint. Hor d'oeuvres, beverages and paint supplies provided. This is donation based. Peaceful Praise and Prayer
During this session we will share in praise and prayer with our Christian brothers and sisters. We will enjoy tea including scripture and prayer, concluding the session by creating "Count our Blessings Bead Bracelets".
All supplies and refreshments are provided.
Approximately 2.5 hours long, cost is 20.00 per person.
This is a wonderful class for Church Groups, and Christian fellowship.

Paint and Party
During this session we will enjoy Charcuterie board, beverage of your choice with a mindfulness music and an acrylic painting activity. Everything is provided.
Class time is approximately 3 hours cost is $30.00 per person, group discount available.
Price can vary depending on number of participants and what your choice of beverage is.
